Novelty never fails to attract me, so when the waitress at Resto Padang Minang Sembilan, an Indonesian nasi campur restaurant at Damansara Uptown pointed out to a dish I have never seen before, I was hooked.
Thus I got my plate of nasi puteh campur gulai tunjang (cow leg tendon curry) campur gulai nangka (jackfruit curry) for RM7.50. So how was the taste? Well the gulai tunjang sure satisfied my curious nature tasting like nothing I have tasted before. However, I have to say that for me, I think it is more of an acquired taste.
