Minut Init Studio Adolescence "Coming of Age" Art Exhibition

Minut Init Art Space's Adolescence "Coming of Age" Indie-centric art exhibition was highlighted in The Star newspaper in the Arts section, page 7 (21st June 2015).

Dali Aziz, one of the founder of Minut Init, described how Minut Init Art Space opened with a "no censorship" manifesto and described Minut Init as an "underground punk art gallery".

Minut Init has hosted not only art events, but also concerts, fashion shows, audio-visual showcases.

Minut Init is run by a group of university mates and friends among which you can count artists, an accountant, blacksmith, even a welder.

Adolescence "Coming of Age" Indie-centric art exhibition feature over 20 works by six artists, Malaysians Aleff Ahmad, Borhanazali, Mils Gan, Nadia J Mahfix; Russian artist Lena Kravchenko and French painter Jael Estrella. The event will run till 26 June, 2015.

Works will include paintings, photographs, lino prints and Rorschach-esque ink blots.

Now that the floor below the studio is available, Dali and his Minut Init partners plans to expand and convert the space to a lounge area for a artsy-hipster space.
