Restoran Aunty Sim Kitchen in Damansara Uptown was highlighted by The Malay Mail Online as one of the best place for kuay chap. Kuay chap is broad rice noodles (kway) served in a braising sauce (lor) that is mixed with water to make it into a broth for the noodles. It’s served with a mix of pig’s innards (chap). Delicious but definitely not Halal or Kosher.
