Review: SIA (Singapore Airlines) great service

An article in The Stars online highlighting the great service of an air steward reminded me of a similar great service by the same airline.

I was checking in to board the flight to Singapore when the staff noticed I looked a bit lost when she gave instructions on how to get to the boarding gate. She immediately requested a passenger going on the same flight to help me and I followed the passenger all the way to the boarding gate.

When I boarded the aircraft, there was someone to show me to my seat. Not only that, at Changi airport, a staff was waiting to guide me through the immigration and custom and all the way to the Changi MRT station.

Thank you SIA.

The online newspaper added this:
When contacted by The Straits Times, a spokesman for SIA said: "Our cabin crew undergo extensive training on how to cater to different customer groups. Training equips our crew with skills to understand and meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

"We are pleased that our crew member was able to assist our customer on this occasion.
